Job description

* Temporary position of 15 months

Reporting to the senior accountant, you will work within a team mandated to produce the financial statements of the company’s subsidiaries as well as the consolidated balance sheet of these financial statements. You will be responsible for producing the financial statements of the subsidiaries assigned to you. You will also participate in the identification and analysis of discrepancies between results and budgets, maintaining the auxiliary journal of fixed assets, creating projects in the accounting system as well as producing reports and statistics

Required Skills

• BAC in business administration, accounting option or equivalent professional experience;
• Proven experience in preparing financial statements for multiple companies and consolidating them for at least 3 to 5 years, preferably including experience in an accounting firm;
• Excellent judgment and good analytical skills;
• Able to combine a good ability to work in a team while being autonomous;
• Excellent sense of organization and planning, as well as great respect for deadlines;
• Experience gained in the transport industry or other industrial sectors requiring project management is desirable;
• Proficiency and ability to work with MS Office software, particularly Excel and accounting software;
• Good communication in English is an asset.
