Job description

Proactive, aware of all staffing techniques, the mission of the HR Advisor – Talent Attraction is to position Desgagnés as an employer of choice. He will achieve this through dynamic HR marketing and by maximizing the company’s recruitment policy, by attracting and selecting the best profiles.

He will carry out this mission with a long-term vision integrated with that of the Company, accompanied by a creative strategy and a multi-pronged plan. A networking specialist, he is visible in different sectors and seizes every opportunity to identify the best candidates. He actively supervises the Company’s presence on social networks and ensures that it is maximized in a professional and attractive manner.

Its strategy and plan will be aligned with organizational issues. He will therefore have to work closely with the different managers and will recommend techniques to them in line with their different needs, their different realities. Together they will achieve the objectives set.
He will perform in close collaboration with the HR technicians and the HR – Culture and Development advisor as well as the entire HR Service team.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field;
  • 7 years of experience in a similar position or a combination of education and relevant experience;
  • Perfectly bilingual orally and in writing;
  • Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office / Microsoft 365 software;
  • Passionate person, showing initiative and having very good judgment;
  • Results-oriented person with a great capacity for teamwork;
  • Person with the ability to respond quickly – sense of urgency;
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills;
  • Experience in a company under federal jurisdiction (asset);
  • Member of the CRHP professional association.
