The Desgagnés Group’s HR team is looking for its next colleague!
📍 Quebec City | Permanent position | Full-time

 

Are you organized, thorough, comfortable with office software, and do you like things done right? Are you looking for a concrete, varied, and useful role within a dynamic HR team? We look forward to meeting you!

 

At Desgagnés, we are a close-knit, collaborative group that likes to work hard without taking ourselves too seriously. And now we’re looking to strengthen our team!

 

What we would like you to do with us

 

        • Manage HR and OHS invoices (coding, tracking, suppliers, credit cards… you know, things that keep everything running)
        • Format HR documents (forms, job descriptions, procedures… we like things to be clear and attractive)
        • Keep our databases and tracking tables up to date (Excel is your friend)
        • Prepare welcome documents for new employees (we like to give them a proper welcome)
        • Manage supplies and promotional items (yes, there’s swag)
        • Participate in the management of workplace accident files and the OHS committee
        • Send out assessments, follow-up, compile information… in short, be our right-hand person on a daily basis

        • Proficiency with Excel, Word, DocuSign, Teams, etc.
        • A high degree of autonomy, but also a good team spirit

Working conditions

 

        • Permanent position, daytime hours
        • 5 hours per week divided between 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Required Skills

        • Diploma in office automation, accounting, or administration
        • Experience in billing and administrative tasks
        • Proficiency in Excel, Word, DocuSign, and Office 365 tools

        • Autonomy, professionalism, and team spirit
        • Good command of French and functional English
