Job description
More specifically, the Operations Supervisor’s main responsibilities are to:
- Plan and coordinate daily operations;
- Manage the allocation of cranes according to customer needs;
- Ensure that the required equipment is always ready for operation, and appoint the necessary personnel according to the nature and duration of the work;
- Coordinate the presence of subcontractors when required, coordinate work with customers on different sites;
- Any other related duties.
Working conditions :
- Permanent, full-time day position;
- Base salary, overtime paid;

Required Skills
Skills required :
- College diploma in heavy equipment operations or mechanics or transportation logistics, or any other diploma in a field of study relevant to the job;
- Three (3) years’ experience in a management position related to crane operations or industry;
- Experience in personnel supervision and strong team spirit;
- Ability to manage multi-site projects;
- Knowledge of the local mining industry is an asset.
