Job description

Reporting to the Payroll Service Manager, the incumbent performs the complete processing of the payroll cycle for salaried and unionized employees. In addition, the incumbent provides his superior with support in various tasks.

Required Skills

  • DEC in accounting;
  • SCP payroll compliance specialist accreditation (an asset);
  • Have 5 years of relevant experience in the full payroll cycle;
  • Experience with collective labor agreements;
  • Knowledge of the Canada Labor Code and the Quebec Labor Standards Act;
  • “Intermediate” Microsoft Excel;
  • Autonomy and rigor
  • Be quality oriented and pay attention to details;
  • Ability to manage confidential information;
  • Excellent planning and prioritization skills;
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deadlines;
  • Have a good sense of communication and promote teamwork;
  • Demonstrate diplomacy and tact;
