Your Mission

• • • • Process invoices and manage payments.
      • Follow invoice processing policies.
      • Provide support to suppliers and clients for expense re-billing.

Specifically, the Accounts Payable Clerk’s main responsibilities are to:

Supplier Invoices

• • • • Code invoices and expense reports
      • Verify invoice coding
      • Check invoice additions and extensions
      • Validate compliance with established policies (e.g., approval levels)
      • Enter invoice and expense report data into the accounting system

Payments and Expense Rebilling

• • • • Issue checks and make electronic fund transfers according to the company’s payment policy
      • Ensure payment approval by responsible individuals
      • Prepare expense re-billing to clients based on contracts
      • Enter re-billed expenses into the accounting system
      • Complete period-end closing tasks while respecting assigned responsibilities and deadlines

Supplier Record Management

• • • • Respond to calls and requests from various suppliers
      • Open new supplier records in the accounting system
      • Manage supplier credit application requests

Required Skills

• • • • College diploma in administrative techniques, accounting option, or equivalent
      • At least two years of experience in a similar position
      • Intermediate level knowledge of English
      • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software
      • Good understanding of accounting and coding
