Job description
Reporting to the Head Chef, the Cafeteria Attendant will prepare and serve meals at the counter and record sales. He is also responsible for the cleanliness of the premises, as well as the placement and rotation of food products.
The Bella Desgagnés is looking for Cafeteria Attendants to provide services on board.
More specifically, the Cafeteria Attendant main responsibilities are to:

- Take customer orders, in both French and English
- Prepare dishes
- Ensure optimal food inventory to provide efficient service and minimize waste
- Process payment transactions at the cash register
- Ensure that the cash register balances at all times
- Maintain a clean work environment

Required Skills

- Cooking courses an asset, or experience in the kitchen
- Food handling course (MAPAQ), an asset
- Fluency in French and English
- Good physical condition
- Courtesy, attention to detail and good application of hygiene standards
