Your role

As an OHS and Environment Advisor, you’ll play a key role in two dynamic companies, Tessier (Baie-Comeau) and Boréal Cranes (Labrador City). With a 60 % field presence, you’ll be where it all happens: on mine sites, industrial sites and complex lifting operations.

You will work with operators, managers and various teams to:

        • Analyze and prevent risks before they become problems.
        • Train, inspire and mobilize teams on the importance of OHS best practices.
        • Manage OHS and environmental issues in several regions: Baie-Comeau, Sept-Îles and Labrador City.

What we offer

        • A stimulating and varied role, at the crossroads of industry and construction.
        • Freedom of action to deploy concrete solutions and anticipate needs.
        • The opportunity to work from Baie-Comeau, Sept-Îles or Labrador City, with regular travel to support our teams wherever they need it.

What we’re looking for in you

        • Solid experience in an industrial environment or on a construction site.
        • Expertise in risk analysis and OHS management.
        • A pragmatic, proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
        • The ability to communicate effectively and mobilize diverse teams around common projects.

If you like being on the move, taking on challenges in the field, and adding real value, this is the job for you. Join us to make a difference, together.
